Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the active edition currency. Tax, shipping, payment fees or import charges are displayed separately where the regional rules and checkout configuration require them.
Available payment methods
Checkout presents only the methods enabled for the edition, currency, customer type and order value. A method can become unavailable if a provider, risk check or regulatory requirement prevents its use.
Quotations and price validity
A quotation records the products, quantity, currency, validity period and commercial notes used for that offer. Stock and supplier pricing may need to be reconfirmed after the validity period expires.
Business account terms
Purchase orders, credit limits and net terms require business verification and written approval. Until approval is recorded, an invoice or purchase order does not by itself create a credit facility.
Payment review and refunds
Payments may be held for fraud, sanctions, identity or address checks. Approved refunds are sent through the appropriate original payment route where possible; provider and banking timelines can affect when funds appear.
