NeoGiga's first owned warehouse and distribution hub in South Asia is now operating in Greater Noida, India — the company's largest infrastructure commitment to date, and the anchor for a regional supply chain that now runs from Shenzhen to Kathmandu.
The facility opened alongside NeoGiga's South Asia Operations and Sales Command Centre at Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida, which directs commercial operations, channel partnerships and customer support across six live markets: India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and the Maldives.
Together they mark a shift in how NeoGiga serves the region. Until now, regional fulfilment ran through a distributed network of partner warehouses. Greater Noida gives the company stock it owns, in a location it controls, inside the market that generates most of its demand.
Why a warehouse changes the answer
Component sourcing in South Asia has long forced engineers into a choice neither option wins.
The first is to import from a global distributor. The catalogue is complete and the parts are genuine, but a component worth a few dollars arrives three weeks later carrying freight, duty and clearance costs that can exceed the value of the part itself. For a prototype run, that timeline is an inconvenience. For a production line, it is a stoppage.
The second is to buy locally. It is fast and it is cheap, and it comes with no catalogue, no datasheets, no customs documentation and no way to establish whether a part is what its marking claims. For consumer assembly, buyers have historically absorbed that risk. For aerospace, medical and mobility manufacturers, a counterfeit or mis-specified component is not a returns problem — it is a safety and liability problem, and increasingly a certification one.

Sourcing at origin does two things. It compresses cost, because parts are bought where they are made rather than routed through three intermediaries. And it shortens the provenance chain, because fewer hands between manufacturer and buyer means fewer points at which a counterfeit part can enter.
The Shenzhen facility serves global demand, with particular focus on South Asian and Central American markets.
US$1M+ secured across education, mobility and aerospace
NeoGiga has secured contracts worth more than US$1 million to date from education, mobility and aerospace manufacturers across South Asia.
The sector mix is deliberate. These are the three categories where component traceability carries the highest stakes and where regional buyers have had the fewest credible options — university and institutional laboratories that need documented parts for funded research, mobility manufacturers building to automotive qualification standards, and aerospace suppliers operating under certification regimes that make provenance non-negotiable.
They are also the buyers least well served by both existing alternatives, which is precisely why they moved first.
Dubai next
A global distribution hub in Dubai is in setup and scheduled to come online in the next phase, extending NeoGiga's coverage across the Middle East and Africa.
Dubai completes a three-point structure: origin sourcing in Shenzhen, regional distribution in Greater Noida, and global re-export through the Gulf. For buyers in Africa and the Middle East, it puts NeoGiga inventory within a short logistics window of markets that today are served almost entirely by long-haul import.
